The emerald cut white diamond set in platinum flanked with additional diamonds is a commonly seen style of the Art Deco period.

When shopping for antique style engagement rings you have two choices. You can get an actual antique ring or you can get a new ring that looks like it is antique. The latter will most likely be the most affordable way to go. The rarity of a ring certainly factors into its price, which is why many antique rings are quite costly. Choosing a new ring with an antique style gives you the best of both worlds. You get the benefit of modern jewelry making technology with beautiful antique styling.
